Should your package arrive compromised, contain missing components, or exhibit any defect that prevents you from enjoying a truly restorative soak, this policy outlines a simple, fair process to make it right—without legal jargon or confusing conditions.


Reporting an Issue

As soon as you notice a problem—such as a cracked jar, torn pouch, missing scoop, or inconsistency in the salt mixture—reach out to our Customer Care team. Provide:

  • Order Reference: The number found on your confirmation email or packing slip.
  • Product Description: Name of the blend and size (e.g., “Lavender Bliss Bath Salt, 300g”).
  • Visual Evidence: One or two clear photos showing the defect and the intact packaging.

Detailed information helps us identify and resolve issues promptly. Aim to include images of both the salt and its container.


Return Authorization

Within one business day of receiving your report, we will issue a Return Authorization Code (RA Code). This unique identifier ensures your replacement or part shipment is handled correctly. Do not send items back until you have received this RA Code; unapproved returns may be delayed.


Preparing Your Return

To protect fragile glass jars and essential-oil-infused salts during transit, please follow these packing guidelines:

  1. Original Packaging Recommended
    Whenever possible, repack the item in its original box and protective inserts.
  2. Alternate Packing
    If you no longer have the original materials, choose a sturdy cardboard box and wrap the product in at least 5 cm of bubble wrap or packing paper.
  3. Securing Accessories
    Place scoops, wooden spoons, or care cards in a sealed plastic bag inside the box to prevent loss.
  4. Include Documentation
    Insert a printed copy of your RA Code and order details inside the package for easy identification.
  5. Label Clearly
    Affix the RA Code visibly on the outside of the box with tape or a label.

Shipping Your Return

Select a reputable carrier that offers tracking and insurance for the full item value. Unless the issue stems from our error—such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item—return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return is confirmed at our facility.


Inspection & Resolution

Upon arrival, each return is logged under its RA Code and undergoes a three-step review:

  1. Verification
    Confirm the returned item matches your order (blend, size, and packaging).
  2. Condition Assessment
    Examine the jar or pouch for cracks, leaks, or tampering and inspect the salt’s color, texture, and fragrance concentration.
  3. Accessory Check
    Ensure all original components—spoons, scoops, care cards—are included and undamaged.

Following inspection, you will be offered one of these solutions:

  • Full Replacement
    A brand-new seasoning of the same aromatic bath salt, carefully tested and packed.
  • Partial Replacement
    If only accessories (spoon, scoop, bag) are missing or damaged, we’ll send those items alone.
  • Alternate Selection
    Choose any other bath salt blend of equal value if your original is out of stock.
  • Store Credit
    Apply the refund amount toward any future purchase within our bath and body collection.

Specifying your preferred outcome when you first report the issue helps us process your request without delay.


Special & Seasonal Blends

Limited-edition or seasonal bath salts—such as holiday spice or spring floral collections—are subject to individual review. Returns on these specialty items may require extra handling time due to small-batch production. Consumable accessories (e.g., essential-oil vials) are eligible for exchange only if returned unused and sealed.
